VICTORY AND DEFEAT

The official rest day was that only for the national teams – the volunteers and the ball kids used the opportunity to play hockey themselves. The very internationally composed volunteer team was defeated by the DHB officials team with 1:2. The ball kid tournament was won by the children of SC Charlottenburg Berlin.

HOCKEY EVEN ON THE REST DAY

2006-09-12 • The BDO World Cup will show Hockey even on the official rest day. Many of the over 300 volunteers play hockey themselves and will use Thursday to actively pursue their sport. At 11 o'clock the volunteer team will play against a mixed DHB and guest team. Of course spectators are welcome to the Warsteiner HockeyPark to this match also, with the people usually acting behind the scenes for once in the middle of attention.
